Olympia Gym has good equipment, but the management lacks proper supervision. Issues are often ignored, even when pointed out, and the staff, especially the counselor, has an unprofessional attitude. A well-maintained and customer-friendly approach is essential for a good gym experience, which Olympia currently lacks.
A lot of gentry per unit machine, overcrowded, rude aura on part of female receptionist not very lively although the trainers were good. Dumbbell was been thrown on the floor cause major injuries to someone around.
This gym is very good. As a client I was treated very well and the counsellor is very supportive including all the trainers.
Gym space is quite less with not much of walking space, or cross-fitness'. But their floor manager - Mr. Suraj is quite professional, helpful and keeps a check on everyone - which is quite rare! I appreciate for their dedication to every client.
