Not Women-Friendly They charged 500 for a trial but got no guidance. No female trainers, barely any women members, and walls filled with pics of only male athletes. Good equipment, but the environment feels unwelcoming for women.

This gym is undoubtedly the best gym for all serious fitness freaks in Lucknow. Though their charges are little on the higher sides as compared to the other notable gym in town, Iron core Fit gym definitely leaves other gyms in Lucknow behind by miles when it comes to the sheer number of advanced body building equipments this gym offers and the number of most polite trainers available per person. They also offer sauna and changing room with locker facilities. This gym also offers paid body massage services after the excercise. This gym also offers various gym clothing under its brand name, Iron Hyde' which I must say offers complete value for money. Last but not the least, there is ample parking space near the gym available at any given time of the day. Overall, a gym for only seriously health concious people.

This morning, I arrived at the gym around 7:30 am with the intention of having my body composition assessed. To my surprise, there was no one at the sales desk. Eventually, the trainers informed me that they wouldn't be available until 10 am. Considering this is a premium gym in Lucknow, with membership fees of 30,000, the service was quite disappointing. I waited until 8:45 am without any food or water, ultimately leaving feeling dissatisfied and disappointed.

Undoubtedly the best in the city The gym has been around since a decade, in good shape and is the only gym in the state with Technogym equipment. What more could u ask for! Definitely the best place for a true fitness enthusiast
