A great gym. Trainers are also very good. Personal trainer are also available here. Equipped with all the necessary equipments required. A trial of couple of days is also given. It have been couple of months and my body has started to change thanks to the trainer. Overall it's a great gym and not so costly too.
I had a word with the gym owner. I was informed it's under construction and they provide guidelines at home. There is no gym. I don't know how people are giving such reviews. That's a bunch of liars here.
About the Pool and Snooker palace (Above apple fitness zone): The best snooker n pool centre of Lucknow. There is 1 pool table and 3 snooker tables.Maintenance is good.Ventilation is proper. (Y)
Excellent Gym and excellent trainers . I had many health issues thanks to the excellent guidance of trainer (Amitabh ) all my aches and pains have gone and I have lost 6Kgs in 1 month .
It has a gym , a snooker parlour and a dance institute. Snooker parlour is expensive in comparison and is mostly crowded. Gym is neither spacious nor it's equipped. It's near old Hanuman Mandir.
