My time at Hammer Gym has been, and continues to be, fantastic. Easily the best gym in town, reasonably priced, and has a superb workout environment. I liked the way they gave me tips and tricks for getting the most out of each workout. I've been going for a while and have already noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall health. This gym offers the most positive spirit, staff, and atmosphere. Everything is so spotless that every trainer keeps a careful eye on everyone's form and corrects it as needed. KAJAL TIWARI, one of the trainers, deserves a special mention. She's always been warm, friendly, and generous. Excellent personal development. I would really suggest it!
