During exercise. Suddenly, I feel pain in my neck to shoulder. My neck was stuck and movement are locked. I told him and within few minutes my neck was normal. I don't know. But they say to me laying on floor and they do some strech or bone cracking sound. Then I feel better. Trainer have huge knowledge and experience. Down to earth and very humble.
