I lost 2kg weight in just 1month although I was not consistent. Here trainers are best and guides pretty well. Facility here is quite good. In this area it's pretty well for girls and ladies too as female trainer guides them.

When I was joined the gym ..I was too thin( 50kg)but after one month of training (in the guidance of shristhi mam) I gained 2 kg weight in just one month (now I am 52) ...all over good experience....specially for girls...if you want to join any gym than I join sharp fitness gym...

The gym atmosphere is splendid and I do a weight loss without any supplement with full support & guidance from Trainor. Recommend the place for the person who want to do a gym under trained and good person.
