Maxx Fitness Unisex Gym

Maxx Fitness Unisex Gym is one of the worst gym experiences I've ever had. The place seriously lacks cleanliness and hygiene -- the equipment is dirty, floors are never properly cleaned, and the overall environment feels unhygienic. The management is careless and unprofessional, and the staff and trainers are rude and unhelpful. Instead of motivating or guiding members, they talk disrespectfully and have zero customer service sense. I felt disgusted and irritated within just 3 days and ended up leaving the gym despite having paid for months in advance. It's a total waste of time and money. Would definitely not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a healthy, positive fitness environment.

I would rate this gym one star. There is a clear lack of synergy between the staff and the owners, which creates a negative and uncomfortable atmosphere. Instead of working together to improve the gym experience, the management constantly blames the staff for the low membership numbers. This unprofessional behavior affects both employees and members, making the gym an unpleasant place to train or spend time.

Maxx Fitness at 40 Dukan, Kidwai Nagar is one of the best gyms in the area! The trainers are very supportive, the environment is clean and motivating, and the equipment is top-notch. Perfect place to stay fit and push your limits!

Staff is not corporative and doesn't know how to behave ,they themselves have lots of doubts about trial and fees and when asked they blame the owner policies, no wonder why their gym doesn't earn good business (not enough clients) . Surely not recommended.
