GRAND 7 GYM

I don't find it good the trainers are unnecessary arrogant and very mean. Never suggest no one to join this gym

They are claiming on Google that they are open at 6:00 AM but still they are not open yet. Worst timing, No time management. Even they are not answering calls. Also the number is not mentioned on Google.

I must tell you that I have reviewed many gyms in Kanpur but this gym is way better than other gyms at a reasonable price. It has almost all the types of equipment in very good condition whereas there are 3 trainers and they literally focus on you if you are beginner and if you are an experienced they help you with form & posture and all the trainers are quite helpful and passionate. It's a unisex gym and a safe place to work out as well. Hope this helps you.

Trainers aren't interested in their job. They are just roaming around and doesn't even bother to correct someone if they're doing exercises in a wrong way.
