Fitness Protocol 2.0

This gym is what i think about when i think of the perfect gym there are multiple facilities provided in workout like yoga, zumba , aerobics, boxing and very good machines for strength training , trainers are well mannered and very helpfull.I have lost around 23 kgs which was impossible for me at some point of time it was there continuous motivational efforts that i reached here....i am very thankful and would highly recommend if anyone wants to loose weight or build strength to stay fit.

Best gym in this area, well equipped with advance machines and trainers. Best in hygiene and ventilation as well. Highly recommend to all :)

The Gym is really good. All equipments are pretty new. I would have given 4.5/5.0 rating but one problem that I face. The backround music is very loud. I cannot hear my own music using my headphones. This is the reason why i am giving a 3.0/5.0 rating.

Worst gym in indiranagar, wouldn't recommend to anyone .There are no trainers in the gym nor does the front staff have the courtesy to talk to customers.
