CROSS FIT GYM

Now its really very good in looks , trainers is friendly, expert ,etc and its budget friendly and there are complain about girl safety is not good ,but now it has improved a lot of girls aunty traines here and most of the people are good minded but lil people including most of teneger and some adults are type of chapri and the looks now has improved aestatic type vibe and the plates rod are of very good quality but there are only 2 pair of every dumbbells (2.5kg-25kg) baki there are one pair of dumbbells (30-45kg)

Gym Owner Nature is very good n responsible person all trainers very helpful every person

It's a very disgusting Gym the worst gym I went there in my life ...as there is no proper diet chart given neither exercises have been told properly. For months I have been stick to some exercises only and there is also a lot of nonsense atmosphere created and issues have been made on little things as there is very much interference especially the coach PARVEEN says nonsense things and talk on back as she is one of the disgusting lady I met who point on others life and interfere in it ....I would have not given a single star on this worst gym.Especially the ladies session is very disgusting as there is alot of nonsense talks created by others and PARVEEN as they made a target on someone. I would prefer not to join CrossFit gym at all as I have experienced all the atmosphere there which is very disgusting ...!! I have joined this gym only on the good reviews which I saw but when I experienced It was a really bad gym as some other's of my family members complaint about this gym..Mostly Family members join so they will give nice reviews but Those who have given nice reviews don't go on reading nice reviews ...just notice about the bad reviews also of that gym because it is not worth of that as bad reviews always have reality !!

CROSSFIT gym is really disgusting for girls especially PARVEEN irritates alot and she is after everyone to only follow her rules and the atmosphere is worst !! P.S: Don't join this Gym as it's not fit for girls as there is partiality between girls and boys !!
