You can see all the latest photos i have added,(28/03/2024) I will be telling you some pros and cons of the GYM. PROS: All the machines are Almost new/ very well maintained Separate two BIG floors for crossfit and strength training.(So that you can do your CrossFit without any interference ). 3 heavy duty treadmill, all in perfect condition that too of top notch brand (you will never have to wait for the treadmill :) ) 3 trainers , always ready to help you.( One is polite and friendly, one is at times hard on you but is good at heart , and the other one will always keep you know check will guide you if you do anything wrong) They will not force you to Buy yearly membership (will advertise you its benefits, but unlike other Gyms , they will not heckle you to get it). Perfect working cross trainer ( there are two cross trainers but one is under maintenance, but the other one works perfectly well with all its resistance levels). Heavy duty punching bag and also rope available in the crossfit section Bathroom available,on both floors , so can take a quick bath if you are late for office(free). Open on sundays for Gym freaks. Not very costly (seeing that they have 2 complete floors and latest machines and 3 trainers ) CONS: Steam bath is just too costly.(500 rupees per session). Boxing gloves have become old (so if you really love boxing buy your own.). Seated row machine not there.(but there are many other back machines, also seated row is performed on pully , so not that big issue). Closes at sharp 9pm.
