"The Kapil GYM" is the best Gym in this area at Affordable price It has mostly all Equipment which you need to do Weight Training, Jumba and Cardio as well.. including Trade mill and it also open on Sundays. Kapil mama and Sachin mama(Gym Owner) have friendly and Generous behaviour, If you are Facing any problem Related to dite, workout, workout form, Techniques....etc., You just need to ask them, they will solve your problem, and give proper guidance for doing excercise in correct form so that it reduces the chance of getting injured during Workout
