This is an honest review and my personal experience at kamakshi yoga centre. It has been just a month for me practicing yoga and I'm literally amazed to see the difference. I came here with major health issues - migraine, cervical pain, insomnia, pcod, female pattern baldness etc. I'm glad that now I've overcome my migraine, cervical pain to a great extent. Looking forward to heal my body more in and out.
Ritu ma'am is best at teaching yoga. She gives equal attention to each and everyone of us.
Highly recommended to those who want to heal their body not just physically but also mentally and emotionally.
