Use this gym sometimes when I visit Jhansi. It is on 2 floors - Lower floors is mostly weights and top floor is mostly cardio. I have only used the top floor - it was regularly cleaned and nicely maintained, however a couple of machines, i.e., cross-trainers, were non-functional but not a deal breaker since there are other options. There is plenty of parking in front and on the side of building this gym is located in.
