Auraa Unisex Salon

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The ambience was far from relaxing -- the place felt cluttered, poorly maintained, and lacked cleanliness. As for the service, it was quite unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested, inattentive, and at times even rude. I had to wait much longer than expected, and the treatment I received felt rushed and careless. Hygiene standards also didn't feel up to the mark. Overall, the salon failed to meet even basic expectations. Definitely not worth the time or money -- I wouldn't recommend it unless they make serious improvements in both service and ambience.

Staff's behaviour is very rude and they are very unprofessional. They are charging prices equivalent to big big metropolis's and are not ready to even hear their customers Will not recommend to anyone. Such a bad experience. They did bad to my eyebrows that to a day before festivities. Will not recommend to anyone. Please go to your local/known parlours....At least they will treat you well.

Owner lady ruined my hair, instead of calling the actual hair dresser who usually does the job, she cut it herself and later called him after messing up my hair (jb baal katne nhi ate to jise ate h use to katne do )

This is a very good hair cut. I am very satisfied here and am very happy that the hair was cut very well.

My visit to Auraa Salon was an absolute nightmare. The service was painfully slow, and it felt like the staff had zero regard for my time. What should have been a straightforward appointment turned into an endless wait, with no communication or explanation for the delays. It was as if they didn't care whether I was inconvenienced or not. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely unorganized and uninterested in providing a professional experience. The lack of urgency and attention was beyond frustrating, and I left feeling utterly disrespected and dissatisfied. This was one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had, and I would strongly advise others to avoid Auraa Salon if they value their time and money."
