I would say, one of the best gyms in Greater noida. I have a gym in my society ATS PARADISO GREENS, and I have also been to gold Gym in the past. However, during my past few months at the paradise Gym I'm more motivated to workout and build my physical endurance along with weight loss and muscle building. The best part of this GYM is the owner Pawan Bhai, who is so humble with 18 years of expertise in this field. Inspite of so many members in the Gym , Pawan bhai(who most of us call GURUJI, with respect) guides each and everyone with full dedication. I've seen so many people here who joined 3 months back with so much fat and bulky body, now they are so fit and active. Bottom line is, you need a good guru like Pawan bhai, and not a swanky luxurious GYM. Pawan bhai is a true guru who makes sure all the people in the GYM get the results they desire.
