Very good place for beginner's gym , Eqipments are old and there is no proper dietician or certified trainer , You have to train yourself , overall ambience is Cool and but according as per fee .

I am working out here for more than 4 months according to the fees they charged we get a lot more. Pros- 1. Good trainers are always eager to help. 2. New equipment 3. Good Outdoor space for cardio etc 4. Music 5. Decent crowd 6. parking space 7. Guidance 8. Zumba Etc Cons- 1. Somewhat crowded but manageable 2. 3rd floor anyhow take stairs but this is good right before a workout except on leg day Conclusion - So far, Good experience as all of them are polite and greet us nicely.
