I recently joined EFC Gym, Noida, and I'm really happy with my experience so far. The receptionist Khushi who was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire joining process very smoothly. She explained all the facilities in detail from cardio and weight training to the sauna and yoga sessions. The gym has a great environment, good quality equipment, and supportive staff who make you feel comfortable and motivated. Really glad to have joined here!
