I took a membership of the gym and wanted to cancel it the next day but was denied the same thing. The owner who had the franchise did not understand the concern that I was shifting from Greater Noida to Delhi and couldn't continue the membership instead told me that there is nothing we can do and that there will be no refund or cancellation. I even said that you take the cancellation charges but cancel the membership instead he did not even acknowledge the issue and stopped answering the calls and blocked me. Secondly, the customer care for golds gym is a fraud as it is just for namesake and doesn't work. The AI asks some questions and doesn't give any solutions, you can't have a word with an executive also the number provided is either switched off or out of network coverage area whenever you ring it. This is how they treat their costumers. The gym can be described as below average and not at all worth the money and the hype of this franchise.

I have been a loyal member of Gold's Gym since 2016 and recently decided to resume my fitness journey at the Gold's Gym Greater Noida West location. Previously, I was a member at the Gold's Gym in Gaur City 1 and the branch at Sector 30. However, when I returned to Gaur City and tried to reconnect with this gym, I encountered several issues. Despite multiple attempts to contact the gym through the phone number listed on Google Maps, I received no response or call back. I even visited the gym twice on consecutive Sunday evenings, only to find it closed both times. It was only after these experiences that I noticed the negative reviews. This situation is extremely disappointing. Even though this may be a franchise, it's crucial not to tarnish the reputation of the Gold's Gym brand. I urge you to address the issues with your staff and management. For fitness enthusiasts like myself, Gold's Gym is more than just a gym--it's an emotion. Please take these concerns seriously and work towards improving the services.
