Well the gymn is very well organised. The Ambience is very suitable for dedicated workout. Thanks to Mr Utkarsh Sharma who kept me motivated to achieve great results in such a short span of time. He has a great experience and a great knowledge to deal with various types of clients with different body types and deal's with them passionately and professionally.
It has been 4 months I joined Gold's and initially i was working out on my own... After 3 months i decided to take personal training from kuldeep tomar as I had seen him working out at the gym and i was convinced that if i would go for personal training it is definitely going to be him... Its been 1 month now i have been training with him and i can see so much difference in strength also he has good technical knowledge and trains in different ways so that the the fun in working out is maintained... He focuses on muscles and techniques very well. I would recommend kuldeep tomar as a personal trainer if anyone in gold's greater noida is planning to take PT.

Great ambiance , excellent equipments working out from a month having a personal trainer along with me Mr UTKARSH SHARMA . He is a great trainer over there it's been a month now training with him and i can see the visible changes to my body .
I used to be a gold's gym member in Mumbai a few years ago. I found myself in Greater Noida and decided to use a day-pass at this facility for my gym needs. Quality of set up, service and cleanliness are terribly poor. Limited space in the gym area, ill maintained washrooms (could not use the dirty toilet) that lack basic necessities (such as no paper tissues or towels). Even the machines available weren't diverse which could be attributed to the user preference of that market. However, it was quite a disappointment for me as I know what yesteryears' gold's gym was like.
