Not only do we get good weight training experience but also a good quality cardio machines such as cycles, treadmill, vibrators etc. This gym is ideal for amateur as well as professionals. The trainers here are very helping and they make sure that each exercise you do , go perfectly well. Not only they focus on weight training but also try to give a good stretch experience to avoid any injuries. Suraj bhaiya is the best trainer here having good knowledge of machines and exercises. From my personal experience once should consider joining this gym since it has some of the best trainers and is also pocket friendly.

This place fulfills all the ambitious to have the physique we desire. The place is equipped with high quality machines and good trainers. The owner is very friendly and polite. Machines are nice and we also have provision for cardio exercises using cycles, treadmill etc.
