BMS GYM: The Char Dham in Ghazipur. First of all, I would like to congratulate each and every person in the city of Ghazipur because we have been gifted with a wonderful and life transforming gym by the Almighty God, through hon'ble Mr Sarvesh Singh and his team. MODERN EQUIPMENTS: It's a complete and perfect multigym that has special equipments for every part of body. Electronic treadmills, elliptical machines, biceps/ triceps extension, thigh abductors, leg rack, leg station, squat leg press, 8 station multigym, Smith machine, battle ropes and many dumbells, plates and barbells, are installed there. Big exhaust fans, ceiling fans, wall fans and Air Conditioners make the gym very airy, fresh, comfortable and healthy. Cold, warm and normal water aids the bodybuilders during workouts. Change rooms, lockers, sanitized wash-room bring a completeness to the gym. The gym has a special stall for Whey Protein Powder and other health drinks at reasonable price. Unlike other gyms, BMS does not give a time limit to its fitness clients. Pump your muscles as long as you wish. A very safe parking place with grocery stores, egg-stall near-by makes the gym very convenient to visit. TRAINERS AND COACHES: Very friendly, cooperative, intelligent, humble, well-trained teachers help the fitness freaks, sincerely. The staff never remind or demand money from the gym-comers. They are not money minded people. Their main aim is to make a fit and healthy Ghazipur. Money holds the secondary importance. SPECIALITY: Famous bodybuilders often visit this gym to motivate and inspire the beginners.
