Very neat and clean gym with ample space in it. Lots of machines are there for each body part. There is no timing boundation. You may start your gym from morning 5:30 am till 01:30 pm in noon and after then you can go in the evening from 05:30 pm till 10:00 pm. Trainers are very cooperative, help you with your exercises and provide you with a proper diet chart for weight gain or lose.

Very polite and humble Gym Owner. Gym is spacious, clean and wonderful. Trainer and staff people are very warm and good people. Charges are reasonable. Stay Healthy !
