Superb experience within a few days. They have got one excellent trainer especially Vishu Saini. No matter what, he will always help you like a gentleman taking his job very serious. I am recommending this fitness center to all just because he is one of a great asset of this gym and if you will follow his guidance then you can get great transformation with ease.

One of the best gym in crossing republik. The gym is equipped with all the mordern machines required. The machines are serviced properly from time to time. Sufficient space, dumbells and benches available for workout. Trainers are helpful & proactive special thanks to Vishu sir & Vikas for the guidance. Changing room is clean, lockers with Key available. Hot & cold bisleri water available. Cooling is perfect. Overall cleanness is commendable. The only drawback I feel is that the zumba space is lil small. But zumba sessions are fun addons. Very positive workout environment. Ladies you will feel motivated to workout here with other motivated people.

I started my fitness journey in June 2024 when I was diagnosed with hypertension and high blood sugar. I tried different gyms in the neighbourhood however Intense Fitness is where I felt at ease. The quality of equipment, knowledge and attentiveness of trainers and cleanliness is top notch. I have been training with Vishu Saini for the past 4 months. I have managed to lose 15Kgs and 4 inches. I feel much lighter and healthier. My HbA1C levels have dropped from 13 to 5.5. Vishu has curated a customised workout plan for me and helped me become a better version of myself.
