I've been a member at Fitness Headquarters since October 2023. The staff here are extremely courteous, always greeting with a smile and making you feel welcome. They go above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels comfortable, helping with equipment and always giving lot of encouragement. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is positive and motivating. Yoga and Zumba instructors are Excellent and they are highly recommended. Sweating over here will definitely make you smile and give you contentment of achievement and Positivity.

All the trainers are professional, helpful and never decline any query about exercise. A big shout out to my personal Trainer J_GiteshNaidu for his every day motivation and encouragement. He's so professional, holds extensive fitness knowledge . I must say just because of him I'm able to meet my fitness goal.
