Gym is very good with separate floors for weight training and cardio workout. They have excellent yoga and zumba classes. I have taken PT under kuldeep sir and he is very good and enthusiastic which has kept me motivated. Definitely recommend

Gym is well equipped and it's professionally managed being under ambit of cult. Cleanliness is maintained and crowd is decent compared to other gym of the area. My main premise of review is to appreciate the efforts taken by my personal trainer Abhishek who is young, dynamic, energetic, professional and knowledgeable. Best of all he is very enthusiastic of the craft and genuinely wants you to grow. I highly recommend Abhishek as personal trainer

This is one of the best gym in the area, . The trainers are very encouraging and persuasive specially Kuldeep Sir, he is very friendly and supportive throughout the training days. I suggest PT from this guy, if you're looking for overall growth and results. Kudos to the gym management, staff, fellow members and trainers!!
