I recently visited DA LYFSTYLE FITNESS GYM at Aditya Mall, Kala Patthar Road, Indirapuram, with a one-day free trial pass. Despite being in operation for over 7 years, this was my first visit, and I was impressed by the facilities and ambiance. The front desk staff was friendly and provided a detailed tour of the gym and its amenities. Gym Timings: Monday to Saturday : 6am to 10pm Sunday : 10am to 7pm Impressions: Spacious & Uncluttered: 5 The gym is more spacious and less cluttered than others in the area. Cardio Area & Equipment: 5 Includes an exclusive cardio area with an auto stepper machine. Specialized Sessions: 5 Offers dedicated sessions for weight loss, muscle gain, and strength training. Personal Trainers: Available to align with your fitness goals. Management & Staff: 5 Owner M/s Sonika and her team actively manage the gym, adding great value. Washrooms & Lockers: 4 Separate wash areas for men and women with locker facilities. Air Conditioning & Amenities: 4.5 AC is functional but could be more effective; water stations are available. Parking: 5 Exclusive parking for members in the basement. Ambiance & Layout: 4 Well-organized with a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a well-maintained gym with excellent facilities and staff.

I have workout in this gym for 5 months, the gym is good but there is a problem with the maintenance of the machine's & other items, it is not provided on time, the facilities that are talked about in the beginning are never provided and all staff members are good specially Dev bhai but I think the reception person Rohit is very rude and he does not know how to talk to the gym members & client's. I didn't like all of these things at all.

Everything is fine except for the availability of a general trainer. Once you join the gym, you're encouraged to take a personal trainer; otherwise, you work out at your own risk. Fitness coach Dev is dedicated and genuinely interested in training, but he is available only in the second half of the day. Moreover, he is often occupied with clerical tasks at the front desk, limiting his availability for coaching.

Situated in the basement parking area of Aditya mall , single floor sufficient big space, A good gym with almost new and modern equipments for different workouts . Overall a good place to start your journey of being fit.

Very good gym trainer akhsay is very humble and very supportive I have joined this gym 2 year back still there very good gym in indrapuram
