I recently visited DA LYFSTYLE FITNESS GYM at Aditya Mall, Kala Patthar Road, Indirapuram, with a one-day free trial pass. Despite being in operation for over 7 years, this was my first visit, and I was impressed by the facilities and ambiance. The front desk staff was friendly and provided a detailed tour of the gym and its amenities. Gym Timings: Monday to Saturday : 6am to 10pm Sunday : 10am to 7pm Impressions: Spacious & Uncluttered: 5 The gym is more spacious and less cluttered than others in the area. Cardio Area & Equipment: 5 Includes an exclusive cardio area with an auto stepper machine. Specialized Sessions: 5 Offers dedicated sessions for weight loss, muscle gain, and strength training. Personal Trainers: Available to align with your fitness goals. Management & Staff: 5 Owner M/s Sonika and her team actively manage the gym, adding great value. Washrooms & Lockers: 4 Separate wash areas for men and women with locker facilities. Air Conditioning & Amenities: 4.5 AC is functional but could be more effective; water stations are available. Parking: 5 Exclusive parking for members in the basement. Ambiance & Layout: 4 Well-organized with a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a well-maintained gym with excellent facilities and staff.

I have workout in this gym for 5 months, the gym is good but there is a problem with the maintenance of the machine's & other items, it is not provided on time, the facilities that are talked about in the beginning are never provided and all staff members are good specially Dev bhai but I think the reception person Rohit is very rude and he does not know how to talk to the gym members & client's. I didn't like all of these things at all.

Everything is fine except for the availability of a general trainer. Once you join the gym, you're encouraged to take a personal trainer; otherwise, you work out at your own risk. Fitness coach Dev is dedicated and genuinely interested in training, but he is available only in the second half of the day. Moreover, he is often occupied with clerical tasks at the front desk, limiting his availability for coaching.

Situated in the basement parking area of Aditya mall , single floor sufficient big space, A good gym with almost new and modern equipments for different workouts . Overall a good place to start your journey of being fit.

The gym is good, but the staff is not transparent with their pricing. Note - their actual fee is 1000/Month or Max 1500 not more than that They'll ask about your job and salary to decide how much to charge you. For example, they first offer a high price,10,000 for 3months (3300 Per Month) even though the actual price is only 1,500 per month. If you're not interested, they'll keep calling you and reduce the price to 7,500 for 3 months (2,500 per month), and sometimes they'll say you get one month free, but the price doesn't really change. Local customers pay less, but they try to charge others more. Now see from 10,000 Rs for 3 montHs they came down to 7500 for 4 months Literally Bindhi Alo selling tecq I gave it One stars because the machines and the music environment are good, but the staff isn't helpful. Also, I had my clothes stolen from the changing room, which was really annoying. Whn I asked about it Shakshi said - ""Flipkart sale lagi h yr ..new order karlo"" I mean seriously????? If you're a beginner, it might not be worth it, as no one will help you, and there's no floor trainer like in other gyms. The main issue is their lack of transparency with customers. Bad Points: Pricing is not transparent, and they charge different rates based on your job and salary. Local customers pay less, while others are charged higher rates. No help for beginners, and no floor trainer to guide you. Good Points: The gym has good machines and equipment. The music environment is enjoyable. I am writing this feedback - because I didn't have any problem with the price because I could afford it, but what bothers me is that for just a few more bucks and commission, they cheat you on the price. It's so unethical For long run it never works... And I hate unethical things + Notes farji notes by sales team

These amenities have made my post-workout routine much more enjoyable and convenient. Moreover, the gym offers personal training for those seeking a more customized workout experience. The trainers here are not only knowledgeable but also attentive to the demands of their clients. They take the time to understand my goals and limitations, crafting personalized workout plans that have helped me achieve my fitness objectives in a safe and effective manner. In addition, the gym's crowd is fantastic. It's always bustling but not overly crowded, and everyone is friendly and supportive. This fosters a positive environment that motivates me to return regularly. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this gym to anyone seeking a top-quality workout experience. Its blend of superior facilities, expert trainers, personal training options, and supplementary amenities such as showers and steam baths make it the ideal place to get fit and feel great.
