I have been going to this gym for nearly a year now and I must recommend this place for all the workout lovers. Both trainers in the morning and evening hours are seasoned, experiment with different forms, and are gentle while helping with exercises. It is managed by the owner Sapna herself, who regularly checks and reviews for constant feedback. Infra-wise, too, the gym is quite spacious and divided into two floors for cardio-yoga and weight lifting. A transparent, easy going gym for all gym lovers out there in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, must recommended!

This gym is very good, all the equipments are working and in fine condition, trainers here are helpfull, and Sapna mam's nature is very good
