From state-of-the-art facilities to knowledgeable staff and a supportive community, this gym provides an outstanding fitness experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch gym with a positive atmosphere and ya forgot to mention earlier there is a specific area in the gym itself for training Calisthenics.

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional.Trainer Dr.Ammar sir excellent trainer and motivate to do hard work , variation is excellent..

The infrastructure is very good! Modern machine and great equipments collection is quite amazing. Resting area is precious and has enough cabins to keep your belongings so I would consider to join this gym.

The gym has clean and well-maintained facilities, coupled with a positive and encouraging environment, make it a great place to work out and the knowledgeable and supportive trainer here has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals.

Gym full of equipments (Cardio, Crossfit, weight training, Physiotherapy sessions,cupping and many more). Personal assistance from well trained coaches and staff. Thumbs up to 1st Fitness University. It's been a year doing workout here and I am fully satisfied with the services.Value for money.
