I recently discovered a phenomenal gym that exceeded all my expectations. From state-of-the-art facilities to knowledgeable staff and a supportive community, this gym provides an outstanding fitness experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch gym with a positive atmosphere and ya forgot to mention earlier there is a specific area in the gym itself for training Calisthenics.

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional.Trainer Dr.Ammar sir excellent trainer and motivate to do hard work , variation is excellent..

The infrastructure is very good! Modern machine and great equipments collection is quite amazing. Resting area is precious and has enough cabins to keep your belongings so I would consider to join this gym.

The gym has clean and well-maintained facilities, coupled with a positive and encouraging environment, make it a great place to work out and the knowledgeable and supportive trainer here has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals.

Gym full of equipments (Cardio, Crossfit, weight training, Physiotherapy sessions,cupping and many more). Personal assistance from well trained coaches and staff. Thumbs up to 1st Fitness University. It's been a year doing workout here and I am fully satisfied with the services.Value for money.

First Fitness Universiy is a fantastic gym!! If I mentioned about Dr.Ammar Faridi(Physiotherapist and Fitness Coach), he is super nice guy. I really like how he gave me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. His efforts for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having good health. The best part of this place is having physiotherapist clinic inside the premises. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. I do have lot of health issues and its being only 45 days approx and I feel far better. It's great! His younger brother AYAAN FARIDI is also fantastic coach. He is dedicated, hardworking and professional coach. He is personally taking care of cardio sessions, parkour and HIIT trainings, he always courteous, instills a feeling of relaxation and harmony that are the right notes to feel at ease. This is awesome gym. But the best part is their physiotherapy clinic. I have low back pain from past 1 year and i can't even walk but DR. SHIVAM CHAUDHARY treated me. In just 10 sittings he make me walk without pain. Thank you DR. Shivam.

One of the best gyms available.... Coach Aayan is one of the best coach's in the gym. Always ready help and assist. He ensure that you meet complete your drill everyday.
