Spartan gym

Spartan Gym Review I recently visited Spartan Gym and had a rather mixed experience. The gym is located underground, which gives it a unique vibe, but it also comes with some downsides. One of the major issues I encountered was the suffocating atmosphere. The ventilation is not great, and the air felt heavy and difficult to breathe at times. It's not the most comfortable environment to work out in, especially for long periods. Another downside is that the appliances and equipment are quite old and showing signs of rust. Some of the machines look outdated and don't feel as safe or well-maintained as they should. For a gym to provide a quality workout experience, the equipment should be in good condition, but that's not the case here. While this gym could be considered unisex, it doesn't feel particularly suitable for women. The facilities and overall environment don't seem tailored to make women feel comfortable. Given these factors, I would not recommend this gym to women looking for a more inclusive or well-maintained space. Based on my experience, I would suggest looking for other gyms that provide a more comfortable, modern, and welcoming atmosphere. I personally won't be returning.
