This place is recommended to everyone who resides in Farrukhabad and Fatehgarh. My yoga trainers were Pooja Gaur & Ankur Diwedi. As I was a beginner, Pooja & Ankur introduced different types of yoga so I could choose one which I liked most and continue practising. We did Iyengar yoga including Chakra openings, pranayama breathing, meditation and laughing yoga. Pooja & Ankur also advised me how to combine different exercises and which ones would be good for me as I have some health problems. Very attentive, friendly, helpful, professional yoga masters. Definitely the best yoga center in Farrukhabad & Fatehgarh region! This place is suited for all age groups who are new to Yoga and want to improve your daily health.
