The gym equipment is excellent, particularly the cardio machines. However, the trainers could benefit from being more professional during working hours and minimizing phone distractions. The Zumba classes are fantastic, and the trainer puts in a lot of effort. One major issue is the exhaust from the downstairs restaurants, which can sometimes cause unpleasant odors and air quality issues. This is the only significant drawback. Otherwise, the staff is supportive, and the trainers just need a bit more polish to enhance their professionalism.
