I had a very bad experience at Alka Motel, Bulandshahr. The biggest issue was with the paneer - after eating it, I ended up with a stomach upset. The quality was extremely poor, almost stale, and honestly the worst paneer I have ever had at any restaurant. Clearly, there is no quality control here. Service was equally terrible. The staff was rude and misbehaved, showing no respect for customers at all. There is zero sense of hospitality or professionalism. This place is completely overhyped. In reality, both food quality and service are extremely poor. The only things that were just about okay were the dal and the salad - but that's it. Overall, if you're planning to visit Alka Motel expecting good food and service, I would strongly advise against it. It is simply low-quality, overrated, and a very disappointing experience.
Don't go there. Pathetic staff. No sense of hospitality. Ordered full thali and they didn't deliver complete food, had to ask Menu again to check what they haven't served. Even after asking thrice they didn't provide sweet and gave me the bill. White sauce pasta was also provided after asking multiple times and when we finished food. This is a good motel. I attended for a reception ceremony. Food was good, service was also good. Rooms were fine. There was a small swimming pool and big open and close spaces for function.
I went there to have dinner with my family day before yesterday, the ambiance wasn't good, the AC wasn't working, there was hair found in the food we ordered and the food wasn't having any spices at all. The naan was undercooked. After eating the food there, my whole family had an upset stomach and some even got fever. Alka motel used to be good, but now it's overrated and the service is not good at all.
