This is the best gym of Basti ..The trainer ..Niyaz sir is very kind and generous person I had ever meet up in my life ...help a lot in achieving my gym goals ..he had in depth knowledge of all core exercises , weight training , diet and fat loss ..had experience of 17 years in this field. He is the only certified trainer in Basti ..Gym has all body building machine..they are highly safe and environment of gym is friendly and energetic.. specially for girls ..they have different shifts in morning and evening batches . Gym timings For boys is 5:30 to 8:00 am in morning 5:00 to 9:00 pm in evening For Girls 8:00 to 10:00 am in morning 3:00 to 5:00 pm in evening . I think it's the best gym in town now. The state of the art equipment, professional and certified trainer, and a healthy and conducive atmosphere make it an unmatched place.
