A good place to train. State of the art equipments and experienced coaches. The gym owner himself takes interest in clients and he seems to be in a very good shape. Altogether, a great gym to workout with loads of positive vibes, discipline and entertaining music.
I have been working out in this gym for 2-3 months, I remember the day, when I came back from Gurgaon to Bareilly to do wfh, and unable to get any good gym which can match the expectations of the NCR gym. I had explored various gym in Bareilly, however, unable to get any satisfaction, then one of my acquaintances had recommended me this club, from that day till today this journey did not stop. Few are finest USP of this gym that are, Phenomenal Trainer(Akram Bhai & Team), Cross-Fit Section, and the atmosphere. A Good workout makes a day active.
One of the best gym in civil lines area with best trainers and all type of workout equipment for overall growth and development of mind and body. They also host fun outside activities for the members of gym like cricket matches, tug of war, etc
