Golds gym bareilly has one of the best trainers. I have hired Krishna as my PT and i am extremely satisfied with his training . I lost 1kg in a week without loosing muscle mass. Trainers are certified and know what they are training the clients for (client goals). Keep up the good work gold's gym

I joined it for 2 months. It was a great experience. The staff is very friendly, always-smiling and cooperative. The gym is quite spacious and is kept clean. I had taken PT from coach Prakash Dhami. He really provided a great training without missing smaller details and pushed me to my limits. I was in Bareilly for a limited time. I wish I would have more time and gain more out of it. Big thanks to the team there.
