Gym has a policy you can't use Treadmill/ Cross Trainer/ Exercise Bike for more than 10 minutes even if they are not being used. If you want to use more pay extra. Wow should make it 5 minutes atleast won't be using them then. 3-4 boys are kept by coach with inflated hollow egos and their main job is to poke their noses unnecessarily and give unwanted and half baked gyan without anyone ever asking for it. The Gym is conjusted, some machines are kept too close that creates problem. No smith machine. When asked why no smith the boys say "Oh Smith Machine is for beginners" as if they themselves are Gold Medalists & Mr. Olympia. Basically fooling around with small town crowd who are deprived of exposure and so won't question. Typical small town large egos seen in this part of the world. Anyways....We can ignore that. Now coming to good part, the speakers are good (not the music though but then that depends on individual taste), Machines are adequate, Dumbbell and Weights are adequte and you won't ever have shortage. Charges 1200/ Month which again is cheap but considering the market they operate is competitive nevertheless. Would rate 2.5 Stars. Avoid if you have any better option nearby.

This gym is a part of harper club. They have all the necessary equipments for exercise. Boys and girls have separate timings. They also run cardio classes which i think is very beneficial for the guys who are planning to loose their weight. They also have locker facilities. Monthly fees is 1000. Little congestion is only the problem here otherwise gym is very good.

Best gym in Banda. The place is perfect and has a lot of open space outside. The gym has all the equipment necessary for all the workouts you can imagine. It is cheap, has air conditioning, a very supporting and helping instructor and has a nice sound system too.

A serious and motivating environment! Good and helpful trainers and guidance of our respected Monu Sir(Ashish). And cherry on top is the Harper Club itself, its ambience and greenery is therapeutic. Lastly, if you wanna go bulking take the training under Mr. Vikram.

EXERCISE MEETS WITH SCIENCE and differs from Labourship at this place only. Individual DIET PLAN n EXTECISE Schedule is given in personal note books. The coach is very polite n readily available. Gym is clean with hygienic ambience. Gym never insists n prioritizes supplements. World Anti Doping Agency "WADA" norms approved supplements are available on demand.
