Personally speaking, it's been an experience of eminence for me to be a part of this magnificent health arena.

In ballia, i have never seen a gym with this much equipment. trainer is really awesome person he does not let us leave the place with out completing our exercise. It does not matter how motivated you are, Once you do heavy weight lifting for 1/2 hour you just want to ran and there our trainer comes in to the picture. he keeps eye on you and motivate you with positive and supportive manner.

Well trained trainers are available who have good knowledge on exercise..they help us to do exercises smoothly without any rush.. Extra curricular activities are performed here and the gym has a clean and good environment...
