I recently joined this gym and have had a fantastic experience, especially with the trainer. The senior trainer, Monish sir, is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. He takes the time to understand my fitness goals and customizes my workouts accordingly. I feel comfortable and motivated during every session, thanks to his positive attitude and encouragement. I highly recommend this gym, especially for women looking for a comfortable environment to achieve their fitness goals. Additionally, the gym offers a steam bath facility, which is a wonderful added bonus for relaxation and post-workout recovery.

Best gym in bahraich...Good location..very helpful staff..Good for girls..u can also take PT(personal training) if required...if you are fitness freakthen it's your place..
