Well , I joined this gym for 2 months during my summer vacation, so the overall gym is good, friendly people come here, you can get a gym buddy also, trainer is ok, you can ask him if you face any problem, cardio second is good 5-6 treadmill available, in the weight training section, there is usually rush at peak times, so sometimes you find much waiting for you turn, so come during early evening or night, or morning,

Pros. 1. Top Quality Equipments (In this price bracket) 2. Good Restroom/Changing Room 3. Reasonable Price 4. Ambience is quite Airy as situated on 3rd Floor (Compare to Basement Gyms) Cons. 1. Untrained/ Uninterested General Trainer 2. Crowded at usual times 3. Not good management (Cost Cutting) Suggestion If you are a man who minds his own business go on non peak hours

Best gym overall for man & women

Three day pass during a visit to ramghat road aligarh. Great gym. So clean! Staff helped me out when I had trouble with my access. Not busy and plenty of equipment whether you want weights or cardio. It was lovely and cool so you didn't feel hot. Would recommend and use again when back here. It is situated at sodi complex ramghat Road aligarh

No doubt that it's the best gym in Aligarh. The only problem I see is the lack of General Trainers. This gym focuses entirely on personal trainers. Trainers are not so cooperative either. They leisurely roam around without giving a care for the members present on the floor. If you need any support or guidance then you won't find a general trainer nearby. The slot of 12 P. M to 4 P.M is heavily affected by the lack of General Trainers. My advice to the owner is to maintain the brand they are responsible for .

Poor and Absymal right describe this place. Hands down the most sub standard gym I have ever visited in my life and probably ever will. There is no focus on maintainence. Personal training facilty is an absolute sham. Receptionists have no idea what they are doing. Cleaning staff is not at all cooperative and have the audacity to shout at members. The management team does not even have a daub of decency and shame to improve their services after endless complains by members. Would not recommend anyone to come here and waste their hard earned money.

If you are in regular gym goers this place is best for you.. machine are very high standard nice and clean place location is great staff could be much better Mainly general trainer thay should keep their eyes on members . ADITYA CHAUDHARY i recommend for personal training very highly educated and experienced in his department like Muscle movement Injury recovery Body stretching Joint movement Posture correction You can improve your service with your floor staff .

Main cons is One of the Costliest gym in Aligarh,but has many pros like 1.A better workout place with experienced trainers including personal as well as common. 2.Has 120 branches all over India and many opened recently in February and many in process to be opened in near future. 3.It is an International Gym with branches all over the World.
