This is best gym i have found in aligarh. Specialy for ladies... Specially the trainer she is given special attention to each and every one over there... I joined this gym before 3 year and i lose near about 15 to 20 kg in 6 month... And now after 3 yrs ,again i joined it recently... .i have seen the people who infact lose 30 kgs and 40 kgs .. I recommend this gym to all ladies if they want to join the gym...
