I am extremely happy and satisfied with Anytime Fitness Gym, Agra. The gym provides a top-notch atmosphere that is both motivating and welcoming. The equipment is modern, the space is clean, and the overall vibe is perfect for anyone serious about their fitness journey. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Subodh, who is not just a certified trainer but also has deep knowledge of life science and exercise. He doesn't just tell you what to do--he explains why you're doing a particular exercise, what benefits it offers, and more importantly, what harm it can cause if done incorrectly. This scientific approach has completely changed my perspective on fitness. In my experience, he is the best trainer I have ever come across. His way of training is unique and educational. Under his guidance, I am not only confident that I will achieve all my fitness goals, but I am also gaining valuable knowledge that will help me live a healthy and medicine-free life for years to come. I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and it's been a great experience. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, and there's always enough to go around even during peak hours. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help out. The place is clean, spacious, and has a really motivating vibe. The group classes are a bonus--tons of variety and great instructors. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a solid gym with a great atmosphere.

I called them to discuss their monthly membership fee and I was shocked by the reply I received from the the other end. The woman I spoke to said that she can't disclose the fee to me unless I go to the gym in person and was happy to lose my business but won't budge. I told her that I am making enquiries on phone so I don't waste my time (or theirs) and can make an informed decision but to my utter disappointment I was spoken to in an extremely rude manner that instigated me to write a scathing review this this. Anytime Fitness, Agra, please get some 'customer service' culture going at your centre unless you have the place open for a few and not all. Kindly have some basic courtesy extended to your prospective patrons. So annoyed and shocked at your customer service. Boooo!
