VASA Fitness

I absolutely loved going to this gym. Only reason I'm giving a 1 star is because I was somehow paying for 2 accounts. They fixed the issue and said I would be refunded for paying for the second account. That was A YEAR ago. So in August I cancelled my membership and was assured by Kate that it was cancelled. Then I was charged for September and asked why I was being charged again and was told my account was still active. And now I'm being charged for October to. My guess is Vasa is gonna wait til my balance gets to the $180 that they own me and put it towards the balance I am accumulating since my membership was supposed to be cancelled and then call it good. Definitely recommend any other gym then Vasa at this point.

This location is not good at opening on time. They are consistently opening the doors exactly at 5:00 am or later crunching time for those who want a workout in early before work for the day. Other Vasa gyms open at 4:00 am making it easier for those with early morning schedules. Wish this one would. Still waiting this morning, it's 20 minutes after 5 and still no one here to open.

Been coming here since it was golds. I gave EOS a try and came back here in less than a month. Their equipment gets fixed fast when it's damaged, the facility is clean, people are nice, and employees are awesome. Plus the amount of machines vasa has VS other commercial gyms is awesome. And there is no wasted space in the gym.

I signed up for 3 day trial after Planet Fitness in Bountiful lost their lease. First, the place is very dirty and I feel a breading ground for illness. Second, After trying their weight machines and 3 different treadmills, I can say with validity their equipment is VERY old, dirty and not well maintained.. Third, before I left I stopped into the bathroom - well, needless to say, I decided to wait until I got home. As a previous salon owner for 28 years in this community, it is so disappointing to see how run down this once very nice gym has become. I used to be a member here many years ago and did have a good experience then. I only left because they were too busy and Planet Fitness was closer however, I cant say I want to join here again after my experience today. Planet Fitness in Bountiful was clean. You always saw their employees cleaning and mopping floors etc. Their machines were good quality, VERY well maintained and the standard of integrity to keep their members safe and wanting to come back really shined.

I choose to make every visit a good experience. They need to fix thier rope pull machine ( Bountiful) and The hot tub at the Bountiful location is atrocious and always broken other than that it's a great gym .
