Just started with a PT at Studio41 today. Jeff was great listening to my needs and found me a PT (Laura) very quickly who was just great today. It's a great personal gym with all the equipment you need and more. Feeling motivated!

Jeff and the team are highly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help educate, support and train you on your personal health and fitness (and to achieve your goals). The gym itself is well set up and has everything required for a complete body workout minus the overcrowding and long waiting times for equipment (another bonus!). The changing rooms are tight but manageable. Would definitely recommend Studio 41 along with Jeff and the team to friends and family.

I've been a member of this gym for over a decade now, and it's safe to say that it has become an integral part of my daily routine and overall well-being. The fact that I've been consistently attending for 10 years speaks volumes about the quality of this gym, its staff, and the community it fosters. Overall, this gym has everything you could ask for--excellent facilities, expert staff, and a community that makes working out something to look forward to. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Just completed a 12 week program with Rachel. Amazing! Didn't think this much change was possible, not only physically but mentally as well. Have not felt this good in a very long time. I understand food a lot better and it's effects on my physical well being, as well as what I'm really capable of physically. Rachel is an amazing trainer, an amazing team with Jeff at the lead. Not stopping there though, consider me a life member of Studio41.

Having gone to a number of gyms in the Wlg region, I wanted to find a gym that could offer me, privacy, was not over-crowded, offered PT services, friendly and welcoming. I have found this with Studio41 - people who go here, put the work in, gain the benefits of camaraderie, friendship and benefit from the expertise of the Personal Trainers. I have now been here for about 3 years now. I highly recommend Studio 41 to help with your health and fitness journey. They are not like every other gym. Give them a go!!!!

Friendly, welcoming gym with no pretentious BS. Good range of equipment, all in excellent condition. Well informed and thoughtful PTs, classes and other wellness programmes available. Location opposite Old Bank Arcade makes it super easy to get to from work.
