Equipment is just uncomfortable and worn out, needs better upkeep with paddings cracking.
Equipment goes missing but aren't replaced, just get told this or that "went missing ages ago" but they never thought to replace it.
Machine options are not the greatest, but it is a small gym so space is limited for more.
Plus side it is kept well clean and the staff members are friendly.

After a year and a half I can thoroughly say this gym is one of the best. If you're someone like me who was hardly active and afraid of the public - being a big guy and all - leave it at the door when you attend here.
Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful and pumped to see even the most unfit of individuals go in to make a change. If I could take the gym and all the wonderful people with me to my new province, I would.

I moved over to Snap Fitness Johnsonville in April and I haven't looked back. The facilities great, equipment is tidy, there's no waiting for equipment, and there's ample parking outside. What stood out to me the most is the service. Emily the gym manager and Peter the owner are great to deal with and very helpful. You don't feel like another number like at some gyms, but more like part of a community.

Snap Jville has been a really great gym. I found the community really supportive, and the equipment was really good for a beginner like me. Facilities were always clean and the staff were super helpful! Best gym experience I've had in Wellington, especially compared to other companies. It's a compact space, but good for beginners, so if you need something to just get a routine going then this is a great place.
