I recently started using this gym, and it's awesome! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained, which makes my workout even more enjoyable. They have all the equipment and amenities you could possibly need for a great workout. What I loved the most was that it wasn't very busy, so I never had to wait for any machines or equipment. Overall, it is a fantastic gym experience.

Got given a tour the tour was nice but feels quite suffocating especially in the weights area and they dodged a few of my questions. After reading the reviews below it seemed like I dodged a bullet. Look elsewhere whanau

Lovely staff, went to do some cardio and light lifting. Large and clean facility, lots of water fountains available. Gym had great quality equipment. Level two had weight equipment, the space felt a bit tight for movement when loading and removing weights etc. When gym gets busy there is a bit of a waiting time involved, but due to the location it is understandable. Very good gym experience - 5.00pm to 6.00pm, 09.10.18.

Awesome gym with friendly staff! The Trip's room/setup isn't quite on par with Taranaki St, but still a lot of fun, nice and loud.
Special shout out to Larna Kingi - an amazing Trip instructor who is so good at energising you. Gutted I can't make her regular Tues class!

The gym is nice and clean, lot of equipment and you don't need to wait in line not even during busy time. Although there's so much room to improve in customer experience. I keep coming back because it's close to work, but I just hope I don't need to deal with the staff :(

Great club! The equipment is brand new, top of the line and there is plenty of it. They've managed to create a spacious environment, with all the gear you can ask for right in the middle of the CBD! The Les Mills classes are truly inspirational and on a completely different level than your typical class! Even the virtual classes give you a solid workout. The club is clean, modern and worth every penny. I have gone to many gyms around the world over the years and nothing comes close to this one. Thanks Les Mills Lambton Quay!
