F45 North Wellington has changed my life!! I tried so many gyms, programs, workouts and ways to get fit and exercise before this and NOTHING would stick. I'd find myself hating going and just be doing it because I *should* be. The F45 North Wellington team made me feel welcomed and supported and the classes themselves are exactly what I wanted from a gym session. The trainers know you personally and remember what your goals are along with your abilities, they push you individually in classes based on your own fitness abilities and I'm already seeing the difference in my fitness, strength and weight loss. Honestly, I couldn't recommend them enough - I went from hating the gym to actually looking forward to the classes every day! If you're thinking about trying it - definitely do it!

I sadly was only able to use F45 North Wellington for a short time but I have had the best experience training there. In particular the trainer Joe is really awesome and actually trains and gets to know you. I will be returning when back in Wellington. The team make you feel very welcome so don't be nervous to sign up.
