This is one of the better gyms I have seen in this area. This gym is equipped with all the basic machinery and they are also in top condition. None of the machinery is outdated or old. Each machine is kept in top notch condition and serviced regularly. The trainers are helpful and will guide you, if and when needed. The owners are helpful and humble people too. The gym is spacious with the cardio section on the ground floor and the weight section on the first floor. There is adequate open weight available and the dumbbells are also in abundant quantity. The gym has 3 timings for men. Morning. Afternoon and the evening with the in between timings for women only. Timing changes according to the seasons. There's ample parking space inside the premises and you can also park outside on the road too. The atmosphere is good and you can do you workout in peace without any disturbances. Overall, it's a good gym.

One of the best gyms in Srinagar in terms of space and equipments. There is Ac too which is helpful in severe winters of Kashmir. There is proper parking space too and the membership fees is also ok, However it could have beeen a bit less. Rest you have ample space for cardio and weightlifting.
